Dear Friends,

At the North Dakota Humanities Council, we never forget that our public humanities programs are an investment in North Dakota 's citizens and communities. Lifelong learning enriches our shared cultural experience and helps us all become better and more thoughtful citizens of our state, our nation and the world.

The humanities play a critical role in this process as a catalyst for the thoughtful examination of today's social, political, cultural, and religious issues.

For more than thirty-five years, the council has passionately supported programs that remind us all of the deepest values of our democratic society. Recalling our history, celebrating our rich and multifaceted culture, and bridging our differences, NDHC's public humanities programs reach far beyond the walls of academia to touch citizens where they live. In order to fund these initiatives, we rely on your contributions.

Won't you help us continue to deliver high-quality programs that nurture strong community identity and a vibrant civic life? Your gift of any amount in support of the council's work will make a meaningful difference in the lives of North Dakotans.
